1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

7. PRICES
Offers and prices shown are valid except typo, promotion or so stocks. 8. TAXATION

10. FORM AND PAYMENT

B) ORDERING OF GOODS AND SERVICES CONFIRMED BY CUSTOMER AND ACCEPTED BY ECS

B) RETURNS

2. In all other cases, ECS also accept returns after 5 calendar days from the date of invoice. In the case of refunds, within this period, the customer will bear the direct costs of the return, which are set between 15% and 25% of the product price, with a minimum of 36 €.
3. ECS will not accept returns if the product is returned in perfect condition.

5. All returns must be authorized by ECS. To do this the customer must request a Return Goods number Authorized (RMA) by email info@ecs2015.com stating the reason for returning the item code and invoice number.
6. The articles expressly orders for our clients, are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
7. Once the client has received the RMA number it will send the products to the address specified by ECS. This transport costs borne by the customer.
12. GUARANTEES
A) GENERAL
1. All products and services sold by ECS enjoy the warranty period established by the manufacturer (in this case, the manufacturer will be responsible for supporting the security thereof).
2. The warranty covers parts replaced, except for those cases where the manufacturer or supplier stipulating other terms.
3. Warranty is void under the following circumstances:

18. REVOCATION AND TERMINATION
A) ANNULMENT

19. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.
